Order Tracking
Thank you for shopping with TENT NEW YORK. Order confirmations are sent out via e-mail. You will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your package has shipped from our warehouse. Your shipping confirmation may include a tracking number if the carrier provides this service. Please check your spam/junk folder for confirmation emails.
Domestic Shipping
All orders within the Continental U.S. with Free Ground Shipping selected are shipped via FedEx or UPS, however you may choose to upgrade to a more expedient ship method. Expedited methods may be offered in checkout depending on the size and weight of the item. Some of our products (bedspreads, pillows etc.) may require shipment in oversized cartons and are subject to higher freight charges. Clients are responsible for all shipping and handling / freight fees. TENT NEW YORK is not responsible for delays re: ship dates due to inclement weather, acts of God, or otherwise.

Shipping Information & Timelines
Orders placed by 2:00PM ET (Monday to Friday) have the following timelines
- Free Ground Shipping. Arrives 3-5 business days after processing
- 2Day Rush Shipping. Arrives 2-3 business days after processing
- Standard Overnight. Arrives 1-2 business days after processing
Note: Shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based on the delivery address. For shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses, see more details below.
Freight Delivery Methods
Doorstep Delivery
Furniture items in stock are typically delivered within Y weeks of order confirmation.Items will be delivered in-box to your doorstep or the nearest dry location. Items that arrive via Doorstep Delivery are not eligible for 2nd Day delivery.
Room of Choice Delivery
In-stock items arrive within 3-5 weeks of order receipt. Our delivery partner will contact you within 1-3 weeks of order receipt to schedule your delivery. This service includes bringing the item to the room of your choice, but items will not be unboxed. Items that arrive via Room of Choice Delivery are not eligible for 2nd Day delivery.
White Glove Delivery
Furniture & Custom upholstery items are shipped via White Glove delivery. If a piece is made-to-order, it is typically produced and delivered within X weeks of order confirmation. A member of our team will contact you when your order is placed, and also to arrange for convenient delivery dates.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing the same day. If you place it after 2 PM ET, we begin processing the next business day. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, after credit card verification.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes And Military Addresses
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses will be able to utilize USPS ship methods.
Shipping To Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, choose two-day or next-day air services if you desire expedited delivery. Deliveries to Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS; the shipping cost is determined at checkout and will vary based upon freight fees.
Additional Shipping Details
We will ship orders to the address indicated during checkout as long as it meets the address requirements at checkout. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Any shipping charges are nonrefundable.
